Since everyone seemed to miss the point on the last one, I won’t go into as much detail this time.
Selfishness is a virtue.
Now tell me I’m wrong.

Hmmm…as the big sister of YOU (the Baby Brother), I don’t know that commenting with the aim of changing your mind would do any good.

I missed the “last one” in it’s entirety, so I have no idea what you are talking about in this one. Please explain, or link to the “first one,” then I will proceed to tell you why selfishness isn’t a virtue.

I see what you are getting at and you are right. Those that don’t already why probably will not be convinced through a blog unfortunately, but hopefully could through careful study of how capitalism works and how all are mutually benefited when one looks out for his or her own self interest. That was a run on sentence, I never said I was well at english.

Oh you aren’t saying it right, why don’t you stop regurgitating Rand and just tell everybody to go read the books… ATLAS SHRUGGED everyone (that’s the best of the bunch). You don’t have to explain, it’s been done and published already 50 years ago. Boo on you. And there’s a reason that Rand has to publish her so-called “philosophy” in a fiction format and that the world has largely ignored her for so long…it’s impractical and untrue… you’re both wrong!!! Weeeee… =) You’re giving me ideas for my newfoubnd blog… has blogwar been done already?

“Live for yourself — there’s no one else
More worth living for
Begging hands and bleeding hearts will
Only cry out for more
Well, I know they’ve always told you
Selfishness was wrong
Yet it was for me, not you, I
Came to write this song”
